Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

As our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Customers will receive confirmation once their order has been prepared and is ready for shipment or delivery.

Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available in select areas of Ontario.

Delivery availability, fees, and delivery windows will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by appointment.

Customers selecting local pickup will receive instructions once their order is ready.

Orders not collected within the agreed pickup period may be cancelled without refund if product quality can no longer be guaranteed.

Shipping

Shipping availability may vary depending on product type, weather conditions, and destination.

Certain products may only be available for local delivery or pickup to maintain product quality.

Delivery Delays

Ms Anita Foods is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Product Quality Upon Delivery

Customers should inspect their order upon receipt.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears compromised, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

Ms Anita Foods is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be re-delivered.

Risk of Loss

Responsibility for products transfers to the customer upon successful delivery or pickup.

Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after receipt.
